I’m Nagham Alaraji, a qualified psychodynamic therapist and a registered member of the BACP, based in west London. I offer a safe and thoughtful space for adults who want to explore their emotional world at a deeper level.
My approach is rooted in curiosity, respect, and the belief that each person carries a story worth understanding. I work relationally – which means I value the connection we build together and see it as part of the healing process.
People often come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure where to begin. You don’t need to have the answers — that’s what we’ll explore together, at your own pace.
Alongside my clinical training, my practice is shaped by real-life experience, cultural awareness, and a deep commitment to providing care that is both professional and human.
Whether you're navigating grief, identity, trauma, or simply feeling stuck — this is a space where you can speak freely, be heard, and begin to make sense of things.
I worked closely with individuals and communities affected by emotional hardship, and that work deepened my understanding of how pain can shape — but not define — our lives.
I believe that healing happens when we feel seen without judgment, and I’m here to offer that kind of confidential space.
I offer therapy in a way that suits your needs and
lifestyle. Sessions are available:
Face-to-face in West London.
Online via video call.
By phone, if preferred.
Each session lasts 50 minutes (a therapeutic hour), and my
fee is £80.
I offer therapy in both English and Arabic.
Not sure what suits you best? We can talk it through as we start.
